The provision of Health & Safety policies, Risk Assessments, Method Statements etc – the full range of services required by any business. Insurers may discount premiums where a comprehensive Health & Safety programme is in place.

Business Continuity
The provision of a Business Continuity (or Disaster) Plan – full assessment, planning and testing if required. Insurers may discount premiums where a Business Continuity Plan is in place.

Asbestos Surveys and Registers
The Control of Asbestos Regulations introduced in recent years oblige all commercial occupants to determine whether asbestos is present in any form within their building and produce a Register and plan. The Regulations do not insist on any asbestos being removed if it can be managed safely.
