In any business, things sometimes go wrong.  You need to be ready to deal with these unplanned events and minimise the potential consequences.  Look at past incidents which have caused injuries and ill health or other damage to see what you can learn.  Think about emergencies and plan for the worst that can happen.  You must have the right first-aid arrangements. 2. Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR)
